Kencha House is thoughtfully designed for babies and toddlers ages 0–4 years. Our space supports early milestones — from tummy time and first crawls to climbing confidence and imaginative toddler play.
Is this a drop-off space?
No. Kencha House is a parent-supervised environment. A caregiver must remain present and actively supervise their child at all times.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All sessions must be booked online in advance to maintain our low-capacity, calm atmosphere. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
How long are play sessions?
Play sessions are 50 minutes. This allows little ones to explore without becoming overstimulated and ensures smooth transitions between groups.
How many children are allowed per session?
We intentionally limit capacity to maintain a peaceful, comfortable environment for babies, toddlers, and caregivers.
Safety & Cleanliness
How is the space cleaned?
We follow a structured daily cleaning schedule including:

What if my child is sick?
If your child has had a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or symptoms of contagious illness within the past 24 hours, we kindly ask that you reschedule. This helps protect all families visiting the space.
Are socks required?
Yes. Socks are required for both children and adults in the play area. Socks are available for purchase if needed.

Where are the washrooms located?
Restroom facilities are located outside the immediate play unit and are accessible via elevator. We recommend planning accordingly before your session begins.
Is there stroller parking?
Yes, designated stroller parking is available within the building.
